The Edison Museum is dedicated to the life and achievements of Thomas Edison. Located inside the historic Travis Street Substation the museum is nestled in the heart of Beaumont's museum district. The museum gives an Indepth look at several of Thomas Edison's major inventions, while allowing visitors to view the significant moments that shaped his life. The museum features several hands-on exhibits, and often features special exhibits or activities. Upstairs the museum allows visitors to view electronics from decades past.
