The DeYoung Family Zoo, which opened its doors to the public in 1990, operates annually from May through October. This gives visitors a wide window of opportunity to explore the zoo and its various attractions. Located in Wallace, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, United States, the zoo is about 15 miles north of Menominee.
Owned by Bud DeYoung and Carrie Cramer, the DeYoung Family Zoo is home to a variety of exotic felines. The zoo offers unique visitor interactions, including the opportunity to pet and bottle feed baby animals. This hands-on experience provides a unique opportunity for visitors to interact closely with the animals.
The DeYoung Family Zoo also features a petting zoo filled with domestic animals that visitors can meet and feed. With over 400 animals from all over the world, the zoo offers a diverse range of species for visitors to learn about and interact with.
