The museum at Clun Town Hall, established in 1932, expanded in 2004 to include the first floor of the building. It houses a collection of approximately 6,000 ancient tools, many of which were discovered on the local hillside, Caer Caradoc, and date back to the Mesolithic period. The museum also features artefacts from the former borough of Clun, including two ceremonial maces from the Elizabethan era.
