A few days ago,I returned to the Boca Raton Museum of Art and I saw the splendid "Glasstress Boca Raton 2025"Exhibit. This exhibit ends on October 26,2025.I saw marvelous creations produced by the giants of Contemporary Glass Art.Most of the artists whose works that I studied were connected with the Berengo Studio on the island of Murano at one time, during their life.I saw fine Glass Creations by Sean Scully("Venice Stack"),Tony Oursler("M Orb",this creation talks softly to you and is made of Black Glass on an aluminum sheet with a hidden camera),Natalie Djurberg and Hans Berg("Crying Pig",made of glass and clay),Koen Mechelen("Cosmopolitan Struggle"),Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons("Rise of Butterflies")("Relevance of Love"),Ervin Wurm("Surrogate"),Pedro Friedeberg("Tarot Kindergarten"),and Ai Weiwei('White Chandelier"),among others. As usual,I enjoyed the Sculptural Creations of George Segal("Woman Walking Under Scaffold")("Woman in Black T Shirt")and Arman("Violins") plus fine 20th Century Paintings by Georges Roault("Soldier"),Maurice de Vlaminck,Jacques Martin Ferrieres("Gondolas in Venice"),John Marin,Elizabeth Peyton("Jake at New Viet Houng"),Alex Katz("Large Head of Vincent"),and Rakestraw Downes("75 Varick to Holland Tunnel",awesome Photorealism),among others. So enjoy this Boca Raton gem located in the tony Mizner Park area with free parking close by.

A few days ago,I returned to the Boca Raton Museum of Art.I appreciated two fine temporary exhibits at the Boca Raton Art Museum,"Tony Oursler's Creature Features" and "Myths,Lies.Secrets.and Truths from the Doug Mcraw Photography Collection. Both of these exhibits end on October 13th,2024. "Tony Oursler's Creature Feature"Exhibit deals with Spiritualism in the United States and Europe. At this exhibit, there are splendid multimedia creations by Tony Oursler.I especially relished Tony Oursler's"Mermaid"which talked to me and moved its eyes,"Fairy","Severed Head of Alice Cooper"which also talked to me,and "Fleetwoods Monster"Tony Oursler is a Contemporary New York City based artist. At the"Myths,Lies,Secrets, and Truths,Doug Mc Craw Photography Collection"Exhibit,I was especially captivated by the works of Leisa Cole such as;"Repository For Secrets"(a multimedia work of Art with a cervical entrance and passageway)Truths"(multmdia creation that involves secrets),"Taffy"((archival sublimation on metal,Taffy is a bartender and keeper of secrets)and "Miss Anita"(Anita is a waitress and keeper of secrets). As usual,I enjoyed the fine 20th Century Paintings by Jose Orozco("Self Portrait")Jacques Martin-Ferrieres("Gondolas in Venice"(splendid Pointillism),John Marin,Alex Katz("Double Aida"),Edouard Duval Carrie("Migration"),Enrico Donati("Oasis in Terracotta"),and Kehinde Wiley from the Boca Raton Art Museum's permanent collection.I also enjoyed the splendid creations of Kiki Smith("Underground"),Carlos Cruz Diez(Kinetic Art Work),and Charles McGill from the permanent collection I respect the Boca Raton Art Museum for its innovative art exhibits, even though I have been to many other art museums with wider ranges of Art..This art museum is free until the end of September,2024.There is plenty of free parking close to this art museum.
