The Beşiktaş Museum, located under the Vodafone Park in Istanbul, is a unique sports museum that can be accessed through the historic 19 May gate. This gate was preserved during the construction of the stadium, adding a touch of history to the modern structure. The museum's location under a bustling sports park makes it an interesting destination for sports enthusiasts and history buffs alike.
The Beşiktaş Museum houses a wide range of exhibits, including trophies won by the Beşiktaş team, historical photos, documents, and jerseys. One of the unique items on display is a special sword gifted to the club by former Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf, who was a staunch Beşiktaş fan. These exhibits provide a glimpse into the rich history and achievements of the Beşiktaş team.
The Beşiktaş Museum is open to the public every day from 10:00 to 18:00, with the exception of Mondays and match days. This allows visitors plenty of time to explore the exhibits at their own pace. The current entrance fees for the museum can be found on the official website, making it easy for tourists to plan their visit in advance.
