The Bandini Museum, situated in Fiesole, was established by Canon Angelo Maria Bandini in 1795 within the Church of Sant'Ansano. This historical establishment offers a glimpse into the rich cultural and artistic heritage of the region.
The first and second floors of the Bandini Museum house paintings from various eras, spanning from the 13th to the 17th century. While many of these artworks are by unknown artists, some are by renowned artists such as Neri di Bicci, Jacopo del Sellaio, Bicci di Lorenzo, Giovanni del Biondo, Taddeo Gaddi, Nardo di Cione, and Lorenzo Monaco. These collections offer a unique opportunity to explore the evolution of painting styles over several centuries.
