The Archéodrome de Beaune was primarily focused on the evolution of Man and techniques, tracing back from the origins with African traces of Australopithecus up to 1000 AD. The museum covered different eras where the tools of human work evolved, including horns and bones, flint, iron, and bronze. This provided visitors with a comprehensive understanding of human evolution and the development of techniques over time.
One of the unique features of the Archéodrome de Beaune was its interactive workshops. These workshops offered visitors the opportunity to see researchers demonstrate the different manual techniques that our ancestors used. This hands-on approach provided a unique and engaging way for visitors to learn about history and archaeology.
