The Angel Orensanz Museum and Arts of Serrablo is an ethnological museum located in the Bridge of Sabiñánigo, province of Huesca, Aragon, Spain. It is housed in a typical 19th-century building of the Aragonese Pyrenees called Casa Batanero. The museum was inaugurated in 1979 as a result of the collaboration between the Friends of Serrablo Association, the sculptor Angel Orensanz, and the Sabiñánigo City Council.
The museum is formed by two foundational collections: that of the sculptor Angel Orensanz - who donated the house and a set of his works - and that of the Friends of Serrablo Association, which offered a complete collection of the popular crafts of the Serrablo region. These collections provide a comprehensive view of the local culture and history, making the museum a significant cultural institution in the region.
The museum serves as the starting point or “kilometer 0” of marked trails through the landscape and the abandoned villages of the area, in addition to the Route of Churches of Serrablo. This aspect makes the museum an interesting point of interest for those who enjoy hiking and exploring the local area.
