Exhibition 'Open Art' in Danum Library, Gallery and Museum

The best of arts and crafts from artists and makers working across the region will be on display.

The displays are from artists just setting out on their creative journeys through to professional artists. The display includes all types of work from paintings, prints, and drawings to sculptures, textiles and ceramics.

     Doncaster
    The museum's collection includes the holotype of the extinct species Ichthyosaurus anningae, which was identified in 2008 and formally named in 2015. The building also houses the Regimental Museum of the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry. Additionally, the Roman Danum shield, which was found in Doncaster in 1971, is on display in the museum.
