Exhibition ''Landscapes Within and Without' by Clare Wassermann' in Museum of Cannock Chase
Clare's images represent stories, tales, legends, gods, goddesses, freedom, flight, transformation, the moon and the sun. Heavily influenced by nature, Clare's work is colourful and vibrant, provoking dialogue and storytelling.
Some paintings have ten or even twenty layers, and are all in response to the natural landscape and her meditation practice. Clare has a studio at the Newhampton Arts Centre in Wolverhampton.
