In this family friendly exhibition we will be discovering the darker side of the history of Halifax and learning more about the inventions and laws that made all our lives better.
Come join us as we take you on a journey through the historic streets of Halifax. We’ll be visiting the apothecaries to cure our ailments, finding out how we can save our teeth and considering all the ways a crime was punished, including the infamous Halifax gibbet!
